Funerals at The Cloisters

If you would like a more relaxed, no rush event, why not have your funeral service with us.  You can arrange for your choice of Celebrant to conduct the service or we can recommend one for you. 

The Temple at The Cloisters lends itself perfectly to such an occasion. Mourners appreciate not feeling rushed, and having the freedom to ‘personalise’ the space within the room and move freely  and participate in the ceremony.

Post-Funeral Receptions

At The Cloisters, we realise that a Celebration of Life doesn’t have to be a sombre affair.

We will work with you to create a special memorial – a personalised experience that will give friends and family the opportunity to play a part in remembering someone special.

You will have exclusive use of the facilities and free parking for up to 80 vehicles. Our on-site catering team will ensure that whatever your needs – a fork or finger buffet, formal meal or afternoon tea – you will have a great choice and professional service.

Our fully-stocked Bar has a wide range of excellent wines, ales, spirits and soft drinks – enough for a small intimate gathering or up to 180 guests.
